The Quaives.

A recently refurbished retreat estate in Kent, England and only an hour from London. Once owned by Fleetwood Mac’s Christine McVie, it is said she enjoyed watching the Songbirds that nestle here on the 19 acres of stunning countryside. This is one of the UK's premier retreat locations.

The accommodation and dining area is supreme, the yoga space specifically designed and fully equipped with luxurious sheepskins and warmed by underfloor heating.

The Retreat

This weekend held at the beginning of the year after the overindulgence and excitement comes just in time to get you back on track in body, mind and soul. Setting you up for the year ahead in all the right ways, nourishing, cleansing, whole foods, a perfect balance of morning fitness sessions and evening yoga, meditation & relaxation (all optional). 


On this retreat weekend you will gently reset and take away inspired easy ways of taking self-care through small daily actions towards your feel-good place.


As well as plenty of free time to rest, read, cozy up undisturbed with a hot drink and a good book, meet like-minded women and share some good chats over food. The Quaives is perfect for walks, grounding time in nature and of course hanging out in the hot tub under the stars. The Quiaves is  close to the picturesque village of Wickhambreaux.

All Prices include two nights accommodation, gourmet clean food, yoga, meditation, fitness sessions, wellness lifestyle ideas and tools. As well as use of the Hot Tub.

Massage & Treatments 

We have the wonderful Katie Welsford, qualified and experienced in many methods of healing and complementary therapy, Katie is an amazing masseuse, reflexologist, Acu-facialist, Indian head Massage, Aromatherapist & Jikiden Reiki practitioner. Book a treatment with Katie to help you go that little deeper quicker, to heal and relax over your weekend stay. 30,60 & 90-minute sessions are available, for more information and to book a treatment early to avoid disappointment you can email katie@katiewelsford.com

Appropriate insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. 



  • A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.

  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival 01/01/19

  • Any cancellation made after 30 days prior to the retreat will result in loss 100% of retreat price unless you or I find some to take your place.

  • I reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the minimum 10 participants. (if I do so your deposit will be refunded in full).

Trains from London

The nearest train stations are Canterbury West and Canterbury East. If you are coming from London, the quickest trains are from Kings Cross St Pancras or Stratford, and takes about 51 minutes to Canterbury West. The trains to Canterbury East are slower with more stops. There are cabs you can pick up outside of Canterbury West, but Canterbury East I would recommend booking ahead.10 -15 min cab ride to the retreat estate.


Taxi costs apporx £70 and takes 1hr 20 mins with no traffic.

If you are driving once booked I will mail you directions.
