Iced Hibiscus Tea

Cool down with iced hibiscus tea.



You can purchase dried hibiscus petals from asian supermarkets/shops or from a health food shop. Tip: Cheaper to buy in an asian shop as it will simply be in the dried herb & spice section & wont be under the marketing of healthy foods.


Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of dried hisbiscus flower petals

Boiled water.

Teapot & when cool, decater to a large glass bottle/jug

Ice optional

Lime optional


Make:

Place 1 tablespoon of dried hisbiscus flower petals into a tea pot & pour boiled hot water over allow to cool over an hour or more. Pour into a large glass over ice or into a glass bottle to put in the fridge or take with you for the day in a bottle. A squeeze or a slice of fresh lime to finish & drink.
