Peanut Butter Smoothie

Equipment::


Nutribullet / Blender Ingredient:: 1 or 2 frozen banana Half a glass of almond or non dairy milk of choice. Half a glass or more of water 1 heaped teaspoon of super powders of choice & optional, I use my own mix of Maca, Reishi, Shatavari, Milk Thistle & Siberian Ginseng. Half a teaspoon of cinnamon.


1 tbs of crunch peanut butter.


Waiver: If you have a peanut intollerance/allergy you can replace with an alternitive nut or make without nuts.


To Make::


1. Put all above ingredients except the peanut butter into your blender


2. Blend


3. Add 1 tablespoon of crunchie peanut butter, FLASH BLEND (5 seconds) to maintain peanut crunch!
