Steamed Salmon +Greens
For 2 :
15 mins to prepare :
Equipment: Steamer & pan
2 Filets of fresh salmon.
2 semi soft boiled eggs
1 bokchoy washed & chopped
1 to 2 cups of broccoli florets.
Flesh of 1 ripe avocado
1 chopped washed spring onions
Handful of fresh coriander.
Fresh chilli finely chopped to taste
A sprinkle of dry dulce seaweed (not compulsory)
Olive oil or toasted sesame oil
Sea salt or amino liquids /or an organic soya sauce to taste.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
1. Boil the eggs for 5 to 7 minutes depending how you like your eggs cooked.
2. Stack the steamer & place water in the bottom, turn up the hob to full,
3. Place the salmon fillets into the bottom tier, the broccoli & bokchoy into the second tier. Cook for 5 mins (salmon should be soft & pink)
To Serve: Place the salmon and vegetables on a plate or in a bowl, dress with the seasoning ingredient & serve.
