Sugar Free, Banana Free Green Smoothie

Try it is so good!

You will need

1 very ripe soft Avocado

1 cup of Almond milk any nut milk or rice/oat. NO Soya or dairy

Half a cup of water or ice optional in warmer climate/summer.

2 cups of washed spinach leaves.

1 spoon of hemp seed powder.

a pinch of stevia optional.

To make

Put all of the above into your blender, blend, pour, Enjoy the smooth taste.

Great for breakfast and or post workout!

Everything is possible when you make a decision to do it!
